Weekly Package

 

This package consists of one-hour weekly meetings to ensure all goals and habits are being met consistently.  This package is suggested clients who have a hard date they want to be leaner/fitter by (i.e. wedding, competition, etc.).  After date has passed, we will then discuss moving to a bi-weekly or monthly option.

All packages are paid monthly, but have a minimum of 3-month commitment. This 3-month commitment ensures results.

 

Bi-Weekly Package

 

MOST POPULAR PACKAGE!

This package consists of one-hour meetings that occur every other week to ensure all goals and habits are being met consistently.  This plan is suggested for all beginning clients. After baseline habits have been formed, we can then discuss moving to a monthly option.

All packages are paid monthly, but have a minimum of a 3-month commitment. This 3-month commitment ensures results.

 

Monthly Package

 

This package consists of monthly, one-hour meetings to ensure all goals and habits are being met consistently.  This is suggested for intermediate clients who have proved consistency at weekly/bi-weekly meeting times. This package is primarily used for staying accountable and consistent with established habits.

All packages are paid monthly, but have a minimum of 3-month commitment. This 3-month commitment ensures results.
